3. Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, regardless of order size or location within Australia.


4. Order Tracking

All orders include tracking.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing:

  • your tracking number

  • a link to the carrier’s tracking page

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.


5. Delivery Responsibility & Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • We cannot change the address after the order has been processed

  • We are not responsible for parcels lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address

  • If the carrier marks the parcel as delivered to the address provided, the order is considered delivered under this policy
